We hereby address you, as Heads of State responsible for the peace and collective well-being of our nations, with the single and urgent purpose of calling your attention and responsibility in regards to the accelerated steps that your Governments are making in relation to the enforcement of a gas duct project denominated "The Southern Gas-duct".
